This is the big question on the table with today’s Learning Rebels Coffee Chat.

 

Regardless of your role in Learning and Development, all have had moments working with a Subject Matter Expert where things go off the rails. Sometimes it's because of a power struggle between us and them - but many times it's because of a lack of communication and empathy for each other.
