It all starts with the BIG question: What is Instructional Design and what does it mean in today's ever-changing workplace?
Several years ago, I wrote a blog post titled "Instructional Design Isn't Dead." I suppose now, I could write a post about how "Instructional design isn't dead. It just has a new name".
But as Shakespeare said, "A rose by another name is still a rose." And this holds true for instructional design.
Today’s chat took us through a journey of what the role of instructional design should be and the importance of keeping business goals as our North Star. It’s critical we have the ability to communicate our value in business terms.
